I was asked to send in a video of myself, with the link emailed. A week later, I followed up and was told they were still reviewing videos and would be in touch. It's now the end of 2025, and the video still hasn't been viewed. Who knows if they'll ever get around to it.

It was a great experience overall, they were super responsive and the team seemed really collaborative. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a role. The process involved an interview with an Executive and then a manager in the department. It was a total of 3 interviews.

So I had this pretty long interview process that took about 6 weeks and had 4 parts. First up was a phone screen with HR. Then came a big part: a 3-day project where I had to figure out how to promote dental webinars. This involved doing a bunch of online research and then answering some questions about it. I submitted my work as a Word doc and also a video presentation. After that, I had another chat with HR, and the final step was an interview with the owner of the company.

I talked to a recruiter who was really rude and unprofessional. They told me they had so many applicants that I should be thankful I even got an interview. My advice is to look into the company before you decide anything. Their CEO is a college dropout with no real plan. I decided to pull out of the running after the interview.
