This was a horrible experience. I saw this job posted in June 2025 and applied in August 2025. I was passed up on, but the listing is still active. I interviewed 3x. First was a phone call, then a virtual panel interview that was supposed to have two people, but one didn't show up. I had to do a third interview with that person on a Saturday morning, only to be passed on the following week with no explanation. Both interviews felt rushed, and they seemed distracted, using their phones. I reached out to the recruiter twice with no response. I think this listing is a waste of time for serious candidates.

The interviewer was late and didn't apologize. They asked standard questions and didn't seem engaged. When I asked about next steps, they were vague and said they'd only get back to me if the team wanted to proceed, but told me to reach out for a definitive answer. I emailed but was ignored. Based on this experience, I don't think they were genuinely interested in hiring.

Had some behavioural and situational questions about 4 competencies. The people were nice. They didn't ask too many questions, about 5 or 6 in total. Some questions were about dealing with conflicts with coworkers and how to act at an accident scene.

The team I initially met with, from the recruiter to the hiring manager, was great. It was supposed to be a three-interview process. But, about a day or two after my second interview, I got an email saying I wasn't moving forward. I asked for feedback to help with future interviews, but I didn't hear back. I also saw the job posting was up again just a few days after my interview. The credit union seems like a good place to work, but the interview process and overall experience have made me a bit doubtful.
