The interview process was pretty standard, based on behavior questions using the STAR method. There were 3 assessments in total. I had to complete a written assessment where I was given target questions about dealing with different stakeholders. It was a rigorous process all the way until they made an offer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Face to face interview with two interviewers. Was a pleasant experience, had some technical questions to answer before the interview started. Overall, chill experience, but was quite lengthy. Would do again. Why is this taking so long?

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process involved a panel of three people (a Captain, Deputy Captain, and someone from head office) who asked four scenario-based questions that required long answers. Before that, I had to complete a medical assessment, which included lung function and hearing tests. I also had to take a psychometric test to make sure I was suitable for the role. Finally, there was a physical test where I had to drag a dummy around an obstacle course, carry ladders, and walk backwards while wearing breathing apparatus.
