The interview process was pretty straight forward. You'll interview with a few people, then take a test, and then get a call. After that, you agree to a background check and a drug test, and then they offer you the position.

The offer took a whole month to be extended, and the hiring process was quite sluggish. I later learned from current employees that this was a common experience with their own onboarding.

The process started with a phone chat with HR, followed by an in-person meeting with the department heads and HR. They had me do a basic computer skills test, which didn't seem relevant to the job at all and felt kinda insulting, especially for someone with a reading disability like dyslexia, even though they could totally do the job. After getting hired, a drug test is required, which also had nothing to do with the role.

The hiring timeline was longer than I anticipated, and there were moments I considered withdrawing my application. However, I contacted Kelly, who clarified the specific reasons for the delay, allowing me to assist in resolving them. The interview process began with a phone interview a few days after I applied. This was followed by an in-person interview with three interviewers, which took place a few days after the phone screen. Additionally, there were two separate skills assessments designed to evaluate my ability to distinguish between objects and number sets, my problem-solving skills, and my proficiency with a calculator.
