The hiring process was quite lengthy, involving three interview rounds, and some questions were repetitive across these stages. The recruiter was pleasant, but it took nearly two months to receive the rejection. I submitted my application and received the initial HR call two weeks later. Two weeks after that, I had an interview with the hiring manager. Another two weeks passed before the panel interview, and I got the rejection five days after that.

The interview process was good and the recruitment team were really helpful. It was a competency-based interview with clear communication throughout. The onboarding process was easy. I would recommend the interview process because the team made it really seamless.

We had 8 interviews in total. First, there was one with the headhunter, then another with HR, and one more with the HR consultant. After that, I met with the Direct Manager. Then, two interviews with people from Canada and two more with other Vice Presidents. This was all for a management role with over 10 people reporting to me, including both internal and external staff.

It took over 4 months to get through this interview process. I applied back in October 2021. There were 4 interviews, and I felt like they asked a lot of the same things over and over with different people. By December 2021, after the last interview, it seemed like it went really well and they said they'd get me an offer by the end of that week. I followed up with the recruiter in January 2022 and never heard back. Then, in March 2022, I got an automated rejection. They had said they'd let me know either way, which didn't happen. It felt like a waste of time and like they weren't actually looking to hire anyone.
