It was a good and thorough interview process. I got to ask a lot of questions and they answered them all. It was a 3-step interview. First, they got to know me, then they told me about themselves, and then they educated me on the company.

The process involved several questions about my programming knowledge. After technical questions, there were more personal questions. And then at the end, it was a chat like we were friends.

Behavioral

The interview process wasn't really unusual. I had a phone interview first. That was followed by an in person interview with the department head and then a couple other directors came in as well. The final interview was with the president of the company. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The questions were fair and well thought out. If I had gone in completely unprepared, it would have been bad but overall it went very well.

The interview process was not well-organized after the initial meeting with the HR Specialist. The IT Director had difficulty communicating in English and had other IT staff members ask the questions. I was primarily interviewed by one of the IT staff developers. It seemed like the IT Department wasn't really interested in conducting the interview.
