It was a really quick and not very serious interview. They mainly just talked about the role and asked a few questions about my personality. After that, they sent a form with the typical interview questions to fill out.

The interview process kicked off with a group interview. Everyone was put into the same session. Each person had to introduce themselves and give a short reason for wanting the job. There weren't any technical questions or individual tests at this point; it was mostly just a way to get acquainted.

It's a three step interview process, first was a group interview via zoom, second was a one-on-one also over zoom, and the third was another group interview but in person. The interviews are scheduled fast. They were easy-going, all the people I'd interacted with were nice, I did not feel pressured, etc. However, after three interviews, I kept getting vague answers about what company is, what employees sell to gain commission and/or what the day-to-day looks like for an employee. The pay is not as advertised and relies HEAVILY on commission. I feel the information I was fed initially from the job description, and the first two interviews was not entirely clear and was misleading. They also do not offer benefits. Edit: After digging and asking at local stores, they are looking for individuals to sell phone plans.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • It was a "get to know you" type of interview.
  • They asked marketing related questions.
  • I was asked a lot of the same questions from the second interview.

This was a great interview. They were clear about what they were looking for in a candidate, and the interviewer was very professional. The whole thing took about an hour.
