Cashier
The interview process started directly with a training session to evaluate my skills. Another cashier helped by assisting and shadowing me during the training. There weren't many questions, with the main focus being on my availability.
- Regarding the schedule, what is your availability?
Sales Associate
They'll ask about your past jobs, when you can work, what you know about customer service, and how you deal with different scenarios. It's good to show you know the store and its stuff, and that you like helping customers. You might get asked about times you dealt with a tough customer or how you manage your tasks.
- How would you deal with conflict?
Customer Service Representative
The process was super simple. I went in person, filled out an application, and then spoke with the manager. We talked about the hours I could work, and they asked me to bring in my paperwork. They then told me to come in for training the next day.
- Do you have prior relevant work experience?
