They reached out to me to see if I was interested in a role! The questions they asked were deep and really got to know me as a person because they care about their culture and work environment. I also completed a personality quiz and we discussed how I would fit into the company and my role. Unlike some processes that take ages to hear back, I got responses within 24 hours and was able to schedule follow-ups within 24 hours of the previous one. It was the best interview process I've experienced.

It was 2 zoom interviews and then 1 in-person. The interviews were conversational and easy to connect on similarities. The first conversation focused on role expectations and culture. The second interview was about personal motivators, strengths, and fit, and included a motivational assessment and in-depth discussion.
