First, there were a few online tests to complete within about 5 days. These included a company-specific situational test and some decision-making exercises. After submitting those, I was invited for a video interview.

The process started with a simple online application, followed by a Situational Judgement Test (SJT) and numerical tests (there were two stages of tests in total). After passing the tests, I had to fill out career motivation questions. Then came a telephone interview with a recruiter for the FCA. The recruiter kept yawning throughout the whole interview, which I found really rude and unprofessional. She was yawning so loudly I'm not sure if she was even listening. Apart from that, the questions were pretty standard, as expected from other reviews. They don't usually ask follow-up questions and tend to change the subject, so try to answer everything you can before they move on.
