Litigation Paralegal
I had interviews with two line managers from different teams. It wasn't too intimidating and the questions were straightforward. The whole process took about two months and was generally a good experience.
- How would you manage a heavy workload?
Paralegal
I had an interview with an HR person and the department manager in a small room. The questions were pretty straightforward since it was just for a paralegal position. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. The interviewers weren't the best at asking questions, which actually worked out for me because I was pretty nervous. Though, sometimes the way they phrased things was a bit confusing.
- What are your motivations for wanting to work at the FCA?
- Can you describe your ability to collaborate within a team?
- Tell me about your proudest accomplishment.
Paralegal
There were competency questions and I was asked about my knowledge of the FCA. I was interviewed by two people and it lasted about 40 minutes. The questions weren't that difficult, just make sure you have some good examples ready.
- Can you tell me what you know about the FCA?
