First, there was an online form where I had to submit my CV and a list of my experiences. Then, I had to complete a Situational Judgement Test (SJT) and a Watson Glaser test. This was followed by a mini SJT and a video interview. The final stage was an assessment centre, which also included some basic math questions and pattern recognition tasks.

They started with a long application form where I had to put in my career history and other details. After that, I think there was an online test I had to pass. Then, a phone interview. Finally, an in-person day that included a written test, a two-person interview, a role play exercise about dealing with a difficult client, and a group exercise.

I applied for the Graduate Programme and was sent a 62-question online assessment. Most questions were about personality, but with tricky answer choices. For example, if you were asked to lead a case you knew nothing about, you could either choose to be confident and enjoy responsibility (even though you're clueless) or admit to being scared of responsibility and prefer to step back. Neither option seems good. The last 20 or so questions were math-based, like percentage changes, which felt like real questions with right/wrong answers. I felt good about the math part, and since those were the education-based questions, I was shocked to be rejected immediately after submitting. I 'had not met the required score' and wouldn't move on. It was confusing because I thought I'd done well on the personality questions, which should be about self-knowledge. I thanked them and asked about the pass mark and feedback. They wouldn't share the pass mark and only gave feedback on my three strengths, not my weaknesses, which wasn't helpful.
