Team Lead
I went through a 3-round interview process, ending with a director round. During the process, the HR team kept changing. When the Indian HR took over, things got delayed. After the technical rounds, I waited 3 days for an update and had to chase the old HR. Found out HR changed, and the new HR took over. This new HR asked about my current offers and salary expectations. I told them my expectation was above their range, but they still continued. The next day was my director round, which I thought went well. After 2 days of waiting for feedback, the HR said the round was good but they were waiting for full feedback. I asked again after 3 more days, and the HR was upfront that they were interviewing another candidate and would decide after that. It seems my salary expectation caused a delay. A few days later, the HR messaged me on WhatsApp, not officially, saying the role was on hold due to internal delays. I asked again today and got left on read. The whole process was unclear and unprofessional, leaving me hanging.

HR Coordinator
I had an initial video interview with the CHRO that went well. The next round, I had a video interview with 2 HRBPs. One was very kind and seemed interested in my experience, and had good answers to my questions. The other, who was more senior, was extremely rude. Her questions were condescending, her facial reactions to my answers showed she was unimpressed, and she just seemed annoyed to be talking to me. I didn't make it to the next round, but I probably would have withdrawn anyway because that's not the type of person I'd want to report to.
- Can you describe your understanding of the responsibilities of this HR Coordinator position?
Senior Software Engineer
The first interview went great, they told me I was their top pick. Then I did a personality test where I had to write out answers, like talking about a challenge I faced. After that, it was a programming test online, which took about 90-120 minutes. I then spoke with another person at the company, and the conversation was good. They wanted me to meet the team. I kept in touch with either the first or second person regularly, and if I had questions, I'd get a response within a day or two. You'd think that open communication would continue, but nope! I heard nothing from anyone for weeks. I emailed about once a week for 4-6 weeks and even called the office to ask if a decision had been made. It's fine if I didn't get the job, a simple 'no' would have been enough. But to ghost a candidate is unprofessional and says a lot about the company and their culture. Anyway, I found another job shortly after this awful experience.

- What qualities do you seek in a supervisor and a company?
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a conflict?
Project Manager
The interview process involved both an in-office and phone interview. They were very accommodating with scheduling, and while the office environment is relaxed and casual, there's a clear enthusiasm for technology. The office itself is visually appealing with vibrant colors and a cool, open layout. The in-person interview lasted about two hours and included two interviewers, followed by two separate thirty-minute phone interviews.
