Behavioral Technical Case

So, a recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn and I applied. First, there was a chat with the recruiter. Then, I had 3 on-site interviews to meet the team I'd be working with. They also gave me a case study which was basically behavioral and IQ-type questions. After I finished the whole thing and they offered me the job, they suddenly told me the role wasn't approved and they weren't hiring anymore. Total waste of time and super unprofessional.

Had an initial call with someone who found me on LinkedIn. We actually didn't get to a real interview because mid-call we realized I wasn't the right fit. They were looking for someone with more direct product development experience.

Behavioral Technical Other

It took 3 weeks to schedule the face to face after the phone screen. I drove to Milwaukee only to find the recruiter gave me and three other candidates eastern time zone interview times, in the central time zone. This made us all an hour late to our interview. Half of my interview was spent with the manager calling the other candidates to reschedule. I drove to Milwaukee for a 15 minute conversation that was slated for an hour. Then, it took them almost two months to respond to my follow up emails, questioning my status in the interview process. I interviewed with Porex, a Filtration Group Company. Porex 'cuse for a hiring process is more like it. Don't waste your time.

Behavioral Technical

I applied on LinkedIn and they reached out the very next day. We had two phone interviews first, then an in-person one. After the last interview, I waited weeks for a response, even with several follow-up emails. The in-person interview felt really scripted and formal. They didn't ask anything personal, it was all about work performance. That felt like a warning sign it wasn't the right fit.
