I sent in my resume, and got a call back within a week for an in-person interview. It was pretty straightforward and organized. They asked me a bunch of typical questions to get a feel for my background, what I'm good at, and what kind of person I am. For example, they wanted me to talk about myself, my strong points, and what unique skills I could offer. Overall, it was a pretty standard and easy interview.

To start, I had to give a 2-3 minute self-introduction. Then, we went over behavioral questions, covering things like my successful experiences and weaknesses. We also discussed some business topics, like who the target audience is and how to position the brand.

This was one of the worst interview experiences I've had. The two interviewers kept making faces while I was speaking. They could have just expressed disagreement, but instead, they giggled and exchanged facial expressions. They also didn't lead the interview at all. If they thought I wasn't a good fit, they could have ended it, but they just stayed silent and paused. It was a very unpleasant interview.
