I had a phone interview first, and then an onsite interview which had about 5 rounds. I met with a Software Engineer, a Vice President, and some other people. It was a long and tiring interview, at least for me. They asked algorithm-based questions. Finding balanced parentheses was one of the questions. They also asked general behavioral questions.

Got reached out by a recruiter through a friend at the company who passed along my resume. They set up a phone chat with a developer, and I was asked a question about tree traversal. A few days later, I got an email to come in for an on-site interview, which consisted of three 45-minute technical interviews back-to-back with different developers. It felt pretty chill and the questions weren't too tough, so I felt good about it. Then the recruiter emailed again saying they were rethinking their intern program and I should check back in about a month. I didn't follow up because I got another offer, but it was kind of annoying and felt like a waste of time since they weren't sure if they were even hiring interns.

I sent in my resume and then didn't hear back for three weeks. They ended up declining my application, but they were super polite about it. They said I should totally apply again. Honestly, I wasn't totally shocked given my varied background, but I was bummed that an entry-level role was apparently too much for me.
