- What is the salary you would want to accept the role?
Logistics Consultant
The interview process was pretty easy, mostly focused on seeing what kind of person I am. The people I met were super nice and professional, and I really enjoyed the process. It's a tough job though, it gets very stressful, so be prepared to make about 100 calls a day.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Logistics Consultant
It was a straightforward interview process, pretty standard for third-party logistics companies where they're looking to fill roles and screen candidates. It included typical HR questions and then an in-person interview with the department. The whole thing was quite light and moved fast because they're open to hiring people with diverse backgrounds and education.
- Could you introduce yourself and describe your past experience in sales or customer-facing positions?
Logistics Coordinator
I went through 3 rounds of interviews: a screening, an HR interview, and then a Hiring Manager interview. Everything seemed to go well, but they said they'd get back to me within a week, and then... nothing. I followed up via email but got no response. The office environment seemed like it was full of young guys trying to act like finance bros.
- Could you share some common interview questions?
- Can you tell me about the company culture?
