Senior Category Manager
After an initial interview, you'll tackle an individual case study, then a group case with other candidates, and complete psychometric tests. The process is fast-paced and demanding due to multiple judges asking very strategic questions.
- Questions about market share and financials
Corporate Account Executive
The whole hiring thing took about three weeks from start to finish. I saw the job posting online, they called me to tell me about the role and the company, then we set up an interview. It was in person, and after that, there were medical exams and psychometric tests. Then I just had to wait.
- Simple questions about previous experiences
Agent
I applied through their website, they called me after 3 days, scheduled a test, then an interview, then they never called me back, it's been 2 weeks, I don't know if anyone else had this experience with them, honestly I didn't expect a company like FIFCO not to call back with feedback.
- Normal questions for any interview
Intern
First step is to answer some questions on video and send it to the recruiting team. Second step is an interview with the immediate boss and HR. Third step is to request university documents, photograph, degrees, and certifications.
- What are your weaknesses and strengths?
- How have you handled different situations in the past?
