Human Resources Clerk
I was reached out to by the hiring manager over the phone and we chatted for about 5 minutes, then they set up an in-person interview. The interview went well and actually went longer than planned, which I think is a good sign. The hiring manager was nice and really enthusiastic about the company he helped start. However, he mentioned that they have a lot of issues with how they handle personnel matters, setting up and keeping systems in place, training managers, and keeping employees happy and retained. This HR Clerk position is for entry-level and has a probationary period of 3-6 months. After the person in this role proves themselves, they can discuss moving into a leadership role with a salary increase.

Insurance Agent
Interviews on the phone and then in person where you meet with the manager. After that you train for 2 weeks to obtain your license and work an office. While working at the office you are in charge of hitting sales goals for the people that are there.
- Could you role-play selling me a pen?
Insurance Agent
The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked common questions like about my last job, my experience, my availability to start, what my desired hourly pay rate is, and if I can work weekends.
- Can you tell me about your last position?
- What kind of experience do you have?
- When could you start?
