The interview started with a prompt, and they asked some basic questions to see if I was eligible for the job, like my work availability, if I could get to the office on time, and if I had a vehicle for work, plus if it was licensed and insured.

The interview process is remote, conducted via Zoom. It's a brief (10-minute), informative, and structured interview. You'll need to download an app and then conduct the video-call interview through it, which can be done on a laptop or mobile device.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Have you done political campaign work before, and if so, what did you learn from the initiatives?

Entry Easy Negative experience Decline offer

The interview got canceled because the employer had some demands, like needing to download a specific app and agreeing to written terms before the interview even happened. I asked another candidate I worked with before (he ended up winning for two different offices) what he thought about the company. He had never heard of them, which was weird.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Are you a progressive Democrat?

The interview was on the phone, pretty fast and simple. It started in a group call then went to a one on one where they asked basic stuff like your availability and if you can work. They asked if I could be a driver, I said yes but I wasn't over twenty one so I couldn't drive people.

  • Are you able to drive?
  • When can you work?
  • Are you capable of working?
