The interview process was really sloppy. They sent me a rejection email after scheduling my second round, and the Director didn't even show up for it. They claimed the first rejection email was an accident and that I shouldn't worry about it. Then, they sent another rejection email a week after the interview. It felt like a waste of my time.

I went to my interview with Fieldwork, but halfway through they told me they had already filled the position I was interviewing for. Next time, it would be great if they could call or email candidates to let them know the position is no longer available.

The interview process was friendly and the questions were easy. They gave good detail on the job functions. The location and office were nice. They required being on call and the hours varied, as did the number of hours per week. They were looking for flexible professionals who would be the 'face of the company', but they were only paying $13 an hour with no benefits at all, not even vacation. They stressed how important the position was for representing their image to clients, but apparently, it wasn't valued enough to pay a fair salary. $13 an hour is pretty cheap for expecting stellar performance with clients and job activities. It's always disappointing when successful companies don't reward the people who create the success.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. You'll get the standard questions: talk about yourself, your previous work experience, and why you'd be a good fit for the role. After the interview, they'll get in touch within a week to see if you can start training.
