First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FieldPulse.
Customer Success Manager
It was a great experience overall. The vibe was relaxed, enthusiastic, and really encouraging. We had good communication, and they offered helpful feedback. They genuinely wanted to know if the company was a good match for your aspirations, not just a place to work.

Account Executive
My interview experience with FieldPulse was great. The people were upbeat and knew their stuff and kept me in the loop. The process was thorough and organized, and every step made sense. First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, who was clear about the role and company values and seemed genuinely excited. Then, I spoke with the Sales Manager about the specifics of the position, they answered my questions, did a quick role-play, and gave me a good idea of what's expected. After that, I had to record a demo presentation of their dashboard, using detailed client info they provided to see how I'd tailor it. Next up was a mock cold call role play to show how I uncover needs and position solutions, and I got immediate feedback. Finally, I had an in-person interview to meet more of the team and see if I'd fit the culture. Leadership, even the CEO, showed up, which was impressive. The process is straightforward and transparent, with a competitive but encouraging vibe. I recommend FieldPulse if you want a motivated, collaborative team, but I chose another company for a higher base salary.

Customer Success Specialist
I interviewed for the Customer Success Specialist job in Dallas. It was a four-interview process. I think there should be better communication from the recruiters about the interview process. They'd schedule interviews but I wouldn't know who would be in it or what it was about. The final interview required a document with prep details and system login info, but it was never sent. The links in the document didn't work either. During the final interview, two of the three interviewers were late. While I was presenting, two interviewers were typing on their computers. I got a generic rejection email a few days later. I asked for feedback, but the recruiter ignored me. I spent about 4 hours interviewing and 3 days preparing for the final interview. It's tough to prepare so much and get a generic rejection. I would have called candidates to let them know they didn't get the job and given them feedback. Companies should treat all candidates with respect, even those who don't get the job. I hope this helps the team be more empathetic.
- Can you share an instance where you experienced failure?
Graphic Designer
I had an interview with an HR screener, and it seemed to go pretty well. They said the next interviewer was excited to talk to me and impressed with my portfolio, and I was asked to schedule the next interview while still on the call. We scheduled it for a couple days later. The next morning, I woke up to an email that the interview was cancelled, so I reached out to ask if it needed to be rescheduled. Then I was told that the role had been filled and thanks for my time. I asked if there was any feedback or reason why I wasn't chosen and was just told that the role was filled, again. It felt disrespectful of my time to make it seem like the team was eager to meet me and then cancel my meeting in less than 24 hours without a solid reason.
- Can you tell me about a time you faced a challenge and how you overcame it?
