It was a 5 stage process, all done remotely. The interviewers were super nice and welcoming at each stage. They wanted to see if I had the right skills and would be a good cultural fit. It felt more like a back-and-forth chat than just answering questions, which was pretty cool.

The interview had 7 stages, all online, which was convenient as I didn't need to travel. The interviewers were nice but asked tough questions. It was a long process that made me a bit stressed sometimes, but I learned a lot and actually enjoyed it.

I went through 4 interviews spread over about a month, and then got a generic email saying they went with someone else. The interviews were 30 mins to an hour long via video. Only the last interview had a set structure, the others felt like forced conversations. After the final interview with leadership and HR, I got a standard, impersonal email saying they chose another candidate. I asked for feedback because I liked the company and the role, but got ignored. Apparently, they hadn't even picked someone yet and the job was still open. It's a shame to spend weeks interviewing just to get a cold, generic email in the end.

I applied and then they hit me up for a video interview. I sent in my video interview and then they quickly asked me to set up a video call interview with her the next week. When the video call interview finally came around, I was all prepped and dressed up. But then, like 20 minutes before it was supposed to start, they emailed me saying they went with another candidate. This was bogus and unprofessional because the job is still posted and they probably didn't even look at my resume until the last minute. This happens a lot. It's just not cool to invite someone to an interview and then ghost them last minute.
