It was a horrible interview process. They made me do 4 interview rounds in the office on different days because everyone works from home and comes in on different days. I guess they didn't want to come in on the same day to save candidates the trouble of coming to the office 4 different times for one-on-one interviews. The interviews were also scheduled last minute, like the next day, with no regard for my schedule. When they decided not to move forward with me, they didn't even bother to let me know and just ghosted me. It was extremely unprofessional! I ended up getting a much better offer from a better company, but this company is so bad I had to write this review. Some interviewers were nice, but the overall experience made me feel like they didn't care about me at all, so I'm glad I didn't end up there.

The interview experience was really nice and friendly with great leaders, suggesting a nice atmosphere and offices. It was a welcoming environment, less formal with more relaxed attire, and I heard people laughing. The office location itself is kind of bland.

I got reached out to about a job I hadn’t applied for, and they moved me through four interviews pretty fast, all within two weeks. The interviews were a bit strange and inconsistent, so I guess it wasn’t a shock when they just went silent after the last one. The HR person mentioned they liked thank-you notes, but they didn’t send one back. Not cool!

We had Zoom calls with different team members from different places. It was pretty conversational and mainly about understanding what motivates me. They asked about my past projects, focusing more on how I approached them rather than what the final result was. There was also a take-home investment analysis hypothetical case study at the end.
