I was asked a bunch of simple questions and they were kind of condescending the whole time. They didn't give any feedback or even use basic conversational body language, which was really strange and off-putting.

I had to create a 15-minute presentation using PowerPoint about applied arts content, which I then presented to some directors in a public area. After that, we had a 45-minute conversation. It was pretty casual, although starting with the presentation made me a bit nervous.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a pretty chill and fast interview process. They got right to the point and didn't really dig into personal stuff. They asked me about how I manage my time and my general workflow. They also checked out my online portfolio and then had me do an animation on the spot to check out my animation chops, my speed, and how thorough I am. They seemed really interested in my other art experience too, like in fashion and sculpture, because they want someone who's well-rounded.
