It was an easy interview process overall, but the hiring timeline was quite lengthy. I had to wait for several weeks to get the offer because the CEO, Bob Udell, personally approves every single job offer, which I found a bit excessive. However, the offer itself was better than what I was getting at my prior company, so I'm happy I accepted it.

The interview process involved a lot of questions about my personal bank details and credit card information. I'm not sure if this company is legitimate and I'm worried about being scammed. If anyone has info on this company, please share.

I had 2 interviews before I was hired. One was with the local area manager and one was with the VP of operations. Both were very professional and went very well. There are multiple tests that must be passed to achieve a hired status. We call it an ACT for adults. The sections range from simple math to teamwork to writing and reading for information. Depending on the job you apply for you may only need to pass 3 or 4 test sections. If you go for a more critical role you may have to pass all 7.

After applying online, I had an initial HR phone screening. Then I interviewed with the Sales Manager and later the Sales Director. They also did drug and background checks. Everything went smoothly after those parts were done. Once I was hired, there was a really thorough and detailed training process.
