Customer Service Representative
So first there were some screening questions, and if I passed that, I had an online interview. After the online interview, it was an Assessment Centre. Then, a regulated background check on my finances and CV, and finally, a job offer.
- Can you tell me about your past experience handling customer inquiries and your involvement in decision-making or planning?

We had a 3 step interview process. The first step was a telephone call that lasted about 15 minutes. The second step was a Teams interview that lasted about 40 minutes. The final stage was a face-to-face interview, which was about an hour long.
- How do you manage your time?

It began with a 30-minute phone call, followed by an in-person interview, and then another in-person one. After that, there was a two-week work-from-home period. The recruiters were nice and it wasn't too stressful. The first call was very informative.
