There were 3 rounds total. We started with an HR chat, and then the next two rounds were focused on technical skills. They asked about my background and financial concepts, and also tested my SQL and BA abilities.

My friend who works at Fidelity in the US told me about this role. Since I'm in India, I applied through the website and got called for Fidelity International. First, I had an online assessment test that took 35 minutes and had 32 questions covering SQL, domain knowledge, and reasoning. I passed that and was invited for a face-to-face interview. The first round was good, lasting about 30 minutes. The interviewer asked questions related to my profile, and I cleared it. Next was the managerial round, but I had to wait 5 hours for it. The second round started very unprofessionally. The interviewer didn't introduce himself and was very casual. He asked about my profile again, and I gave a walkthrough. It was chaotic and noisy inside the interview hall, and he noticed it was affecting our interview but didn't say anything. He asked basic questions about TLC and my work, which I answered. He finished the interview in 10 minutes, seeming like he was just going through the motions rather than actually evaluating me, especially after the first round's feedback. It was a very bad experience, and I'll never interview with this company again unless I'm desperate for a job. I'll also advise my friends and relatives against interviewing with them.

The first step was a phone interview lasting over an hour with someone who used to be a grad. They asked some typical competency questions like 'Tell me about a time you made a mistake'. Since I mentioned some technical topics in my answer to 'Why Fidelity International?', they also asked a few technical questions. The next stage was an Assessment Centre (AC) at the Cannon Street office, running from 8:30 am to 5 pm. It included an 8:30 am to 5 pm session at the Cannon Street office. We had to give a 10-minute presentation on one of five given topics. There was also a group exercise, but it wasn't the usual kind where you discuss individual ideas to reach a conclusion. Then, we did an individual written exercise where we had to pitch a business idea and then discuss it. This was followed by a one-on-one interview, which was mostly competency-based and covered general CV points. It was a long and somewhat tough day. Three out of the six candidates at the AC were invited to a final 30-minute interview with the two senior programme organisers, which was mainly competency-based. This was probably the easiest part. Everyone I met was really friendly and happy to answer my questions. HR was also very efficient throughout. The whole process from the phone interview to the final interview took a little over a month.
