Behavioral Technical

This wasn't a super technical interview. The key is to be positive and confident, but not overly aggressive. There were 4 rounds in total. The first was a video interview, followed by an online interview. Then there was a 3-day superday, and finally, a last interview. About 10 people made it to the final stage.

The interview process had about 5-6 stages. It started with an online assessment, then a group discussion, a written test, an Ops round, and finally an HR manager round. The interview difficulty was moderate to hard. I made it to the final stage. Even though I was not shortlisted based on the HR feedback after 15 days, it was a good learning experience. I learned a lot about potential interview questions for big MNCs. All the managers were friendly and tried to make us feel relaxed. The whole process took around 4-5 hours. From what I observed, it's important to be genuine and honest during the interview because the interviewers have usually been with the company for many years. They seem to prefer stable employees. Overall, I had great conversations and was treated very well.

Case Behavioral

Submitted an online application. The recruiter sent over a case study via email without any prior discussion or warning. After finishing the case study, I sent it back. A panel interview followed, based on the case study. It seemed the panel hadn't reviewed the case study thoroughly, as they mostly asked general questions and offered general feedback during the interview. I followed up with the recruiter for feedback, but was ghosted. It would be professional to at least provide feedback, considering the time candidates invest in case studies and interviews.
