Customer Service Representative
It was a long and direct process. I had to do some studying to answer their questions well. The fact that it was close to where I live was also a difficulty.

Collateral Manager
It's for an entry level role and it was in 2 stages. First with Human resources management and second with an executive Director. The interview process took 2 months. And when sent an offer, you have to undergo a medical checkup, all expenses paid by the bank. your result will be sent to Hr. You will be sent an offer letter if the outcome of the medical result is fine.

Customer Service and Operations Manager
It was unorganized and unprofessional, kind of a joke. The interviewer barely asked about my work experience because they already knew I was a good employee. They wouldn't have been able to tell if I could do the job based on the questions asked.

Bank Teller
The interview was conducted via Zoom with two bank representatives. It was a question and answer session lasting about an hour. They asked several behavioral questions focusing on accuracy, training, and prior experience. The people were nice and the interview was very informative. It was held at the Greensboro, NC branch office.
