First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FIDELITONE.
HR Specialist
Horrible experience! They made me go through 3 phone interviews, then an in person interview and then another phone interview! It took a month. I had to reach out to them after two and a half weeks. All the negative Glassdoor reviews make sense now.
- What are your organizational methods?
- What motivates your interest in working for Fidelitone?
President
Recruiters were super thorough and got me all the way to setting up a meeting with the Owners. But in the end, the owners didn't have time to meet, so all that recruiter effort was a waste of my time.
- Tell me about your experience running a 3PL.
- What's your P&L experience?
- Do you have acquisition experience?
Director
My interview process started with a phone chat with the recruiter, then a phone chat with the manager, and then I had an on-site interview with the manager. It felt really disjointed and took a long time, which was strange because they said they wanted to hire fast.
- What is your vision for the future?
Customer Support
It was a really welcoming interview. I learned more about the company and got to ask questions. They really paid attention to everything I said, and it went very smoothly. They even gave me a tour and a good sense of what the day-to-day job involves.
- Why are you a good fit for this position?
