The process was comfortable and engaging. The interviewer was excited to learn about me and my experience. They set up 2 calls, both online video calls, and I received an offer within a month.

First, there was a phone interview, and then a group interview. After that, I was invited to the CEO's house. There, they offered me a low salary and promised promotion, profit sharing, and bonuses. None of that materialized. The most we ever got was $100 in December. While better than nothing, after being there for years, it felt like only $8.33 a month.

It was an easy process, starting with a CEO screening, then a meeting with his wife, followed by the team, and then my direct report. Finally, there was a session with my significant other, after which I received the offer.

I had a phone call with Tyler Sickmeyer about the job. He was really upfront about what they were looking for and what they do. Tyler mentioned that a lot of their clients are Conservative-Republican politicians or groups. It's not exactly my thing, but I'd be open to the new challenges. The call was about 30 minutes. It was a bit strange because he called me on a Sunday night, but he did apologize. Since the interview went well, he wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. He said he was going out of town for the rest of the week and wanted to meet when he got back. I emailed later to schedule it. We were supposed to interview on Monday, but I didn't hear back. Then I got an email from Tyler saying they were going in a different direction and wished me luck. I'm not sure if they lost clients or didn't get new ones. I've never had an interview canceled last minute before, especially when the CEO wanted me to interview. The lack of communication for a week should have been a red flag.
