it was pretty simple, i started with an online test, then a call with the recruiter, followed by a technical round, and if all went well, an HR round. they kept things moving along smoothly and i felt good about each step.

It was a pretty long and tiring interview process. The job got pulled by the CEO at the very last minute, so there was no offer in the end. I was considering it, but after this, I decided not to pursue it. I hope they can get their act together before they post jobs, look for candidates, and interview people.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a third-party recruiter and went through a few interviews. After not hearing back for over a week, I reached out to the recruiter for an update, but got no response. I felt ghosted and that it was disrespectful not to get a reply after they invited me to interview. It reflects poorly on the company and the recruiter.

First, I had a 30 minute phone screen. Then, I was given a week to complete a take-home assessment that involved analyzing data and building a model for loan defaulting. The final stage was an on-site where I interviewed with all team members. One on-site interview was delayed and I didn't know when it would start again. Another interview was cancelled and then conducted over the phone the next day at 6pm. I also had a recruiter call.
