I had a few interviews for this role. The interviewer was nice and friendly. They did make me do a personality test. It was tough to negotiate vacation time or working from home.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The process started with a phone call where they expressed interest in me joining their creative marketing team. My initial chat with Jovana was really good. The following week, I had a Zoom interview with Jovana and the CEO. We talked about the job, but I didn't get a clear picture of what I'd actually be doing. The CEO mentioned wanting to 'make sure I would be an asset' and asked me to create a marketing plan with some ideas. They also wanted me to meet with the head of marketing at the corporate office and planned to chat with me again the next week. After the Zoom call, I sent three follow-up emails and even started working on a free marketing plan for them. I visited several Fiddleheads locations because I was really excited about the possibility of working there. Unfortunately, I never got an email back or heard from them again. I found the whole interview process to be very unprofessional and I won't be supporting their brand.
