The hiring process was very long and dragged out. It began with one phone screen, then continued with five more phone interviews. An in-person interview was originally set for a holiday but had to be rescheduled. They also asked for a Powerpoint presentation. The interview itself took place at a hotel, but instead of a conference room, they used a section of the hotel bar. After the interviews, I had to complete an online personality profile test. Overall, it wasn't the most professional experience.
