The Fiat interview was really engaging and focused on how I could help Fiat innovate and be more efficient. We started with a quick intro, then they asked me to share my most relevant experiences and how they fit Fiat's industrial and tech scene. I talked about my technical skills, my problem-solving approach, and my passion for cars. It felt professional yet friendly, and they seemed keen on motivated, adaptable candidates with a clear vision for future mobility.

The interviewers seem inexperienced when it comes to interviewing immigrants in Brazil. They might ask about "military registration" or expect a high school graduate certification even when it's clear someone has a higher education degree, which already implies they've completed high school. This is all for a job that doesn't even require qualifications.

First, they'll check your resume really well. Then, there are tech tests to see what you know. The interviews are the most interactive part where you show your skills, experience, and how you fit the company culture. Interviews might be one-on-one or in a group and cover technical, behavioral, and past project questions. Finally, they might ask for references and give you the final decision.

A entrevista foi super rápida e direta. Tudo certo, só que não tive retorno nem feedback sobre a vaga. Primeiro, um RH externo me contou tudo sobre a vaga: salário, benefícios, horário, etc. Depois, fiz uma entrevista online. Dois dias depois, me disseram que passei pra segunda etapa, uma entrevista presencial. Chegando lá, tive que assinar uns papéis com o RH antes de falar com o gestor. Depois de assinar, fui pro escritório pro gestor me entrevistar. Ele foi bem direto nas perguntas, foi tudo muito rápido. Ele disse que me daria um retorno em no máximo três dias, mas já se passaram duas semanas e nada.
