I had interviews with the heads of all the departments, some were formal and some were informal. The formal interviews were in person at the office and had rotating interviewers. These included regular interview questions and written tests. The informal interviews were just casual phone conversations.

So first there was this accounting test, it was pretty easy actually. Then I had an interview with the VP of underwriting, and the questions weren't too tough. They asked stuff like why I'm interested in the role and what I know about the company.

I spoke with three folks from the company, and they were all pretty chill and easy to talk to. One person, though, was kind of negative about the company culture and some of the other people there when I asked about it. That felt like a big warning sign to me.
