It was a multi-stage process. First, there was a technical discussion with the project managers who have open positions. Then, a final meeting with the board and the division manager, where the board mostly did the talking. Even though I seemed to be found technically suitable in a prior meeting, this was questioned again in the following meeting, but not on a technical level. It seems like my documents weren't read beforehand and were reviewed during the meeting. Apparently, they fundamentally didn't meet the requirements. Based on how the meeting went, I'm not sure why I was invited at all. Generally, it was made clear to me that I should act like a supplicant, having to justify my usefulness to the company. Based on past interviews, I expected more of a discussion about mutual interests and goals in an employer-employee relationship on equal footing.

Behavioral Technical

It was a three-stage process: a written test, an online exam, and an interview with the psychologist. Everything was very relaxed. The interview is pretty basic and behavioral. I'm still waiting for the interview with the unit manager. The salary is a bit low at R$2,200.00. I believe there might be hazard pay involved, I'm looking into it. Hope this helps.

Confirmed questions1 question

Following that, how do you manage stressful situations? We’ll also cover how you ensure patient safety. Can you share an instance of teamwork? Finally, how would you manage an upset or frustrated patient? Would you like help with questions for them at the end?

The process has multiple stages. There are 4 tests and then an interview with the coordinator. However, they don't provide feedback if you're not selected. Overall, it's straightforward, and I liked the process. The first test is an essay, followed by reading comprehension, then a specific skills test, then an interview with the psychologist, and finally, with the coordinator.
