Analyst
The interview process was good. First, they asked me what I expect from the company. Then, they asked about my personal profile. Finally, they asked about my professional history. The process was ethical and discreet, without pressure.
- What are your expectations for this company?
Chemical Technician
The interview process involved a recruiter call and a phone screen where they asked questions like "How do you handle a conflict situation?", "Can you say a few words in English?", "Why do you think you're the ideal candidate?", and "What did you understand about the job's needs?". The last question was highlighted as particularly important, requiring digestion and reformulation of the job description's needs with personal experience and concrete cases.
- What did you understand about the job's needs?
- In my opinion, this is one of the most crucial questions in the interview. You need to process it, rephrasing the needs stated in the job description by adding your experience and concrete cases you had to manage.
Customer Care Representative
I got a call from HR for an interview. The next day, I met with HR, which was a really good experience. They thought I should talk to the Cust Svc Supv., and that was another good chat. She then suggested I have a peer/phone interview, which I set up for the next morning. So, three interviews in total. I sent handwritten thank you notes to HR and the Supv. the same day. After a few days with no response, I called multiple times but got no feedback or offer. The job seems to have high turnover or is growing fast, as the position is posted frequently. I'm still really interested in working there.
- There were no unexpected questions.
Enseignant Vacataire
The interview process involved asking relevant questions with respectful teachers. The appointment and dates were respected. It covered course quality, teamwork, flexibility, mutual respect, punctuality, student feedback, and privacy. Questions were asked about teaching methods, handling student inquiries, ensuring course quality, collaboration, adaptability, and respectful interactions.
