The interview process was pretty straight-forward, starting with a recruiter round, then a hiring manager round, and finishing with an in-person technical/overall round. The only thing was that I failed to see the metric being used to measure a candidate during the hiring manager round.

I didn't get a recruiter call or email. I was sent a take-home assessment straight away. I finished it and sent it back within a couple of days. They rejected me in one day with no explanation. I feel like this was one of my worst interview experiences.
