The interview process was a disappointment. There were 3 interview rounds within 10 days, after which I was completely ghosted. The recruiter has not responded, and still hasn't. It showed me how they really are before I could have worked for them. So sad they are out of touch.

I was contacted by an external recruiter for this position, and they were really looking for someone with insurance experience. The interview ended early because the interviewer told me I was asking "big company" questions and that I asked a lot of questions. I explained that I was just trying to get a better understanding of their organizational goals and priorities, which I consider to be basic questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was a bit more involved than I anticipated. It started with a pretty relaxed phone interview. After that, I went in person and met with HR. Then, I had meetings with two supervisors from the department I was applying to. After those meetings, I shadowed a Happiness Manager for about 20 minutes. Finally, I interviewed with the department head. Many of them asked the same things, which became a little monotonous, but overall it was a smooth process. I got the job offer about a week after. It included stages like HR, supervisor interviews, shadowing, and a department head interview.

I got an interview the same day I applied. I gave them my availability and was scheduled for a call a couple days later. The recruiter interview was short and I think it went well. Then they asked me to do a veterinary terminology quiz and give my availability for the rest of the week for an interview with the claims team. I did that super fast, within 30 minutes of finishing the first interview. But then... crickets. I followed up with two emails and offered up another three weeks of my availability. Still nothing. It's really unprofessional to offer someone another interview and then ghost them. They wasted my time and couldn't even bother to let me know I wasn't moving forward. I'm really disappointed because I thought highly of this company and was excited to potentially work there. Because of how unprofessional the recruitment team was, I'll never apply here again.
