Got a fast response after applying. The recruiter was nice and chatty, but mostly talked about his own job and experience instead of asking me about myself or how I fit the role. So there wasn't much time to get into details.

There were 4 rounds of interviews with recruiters, operations leaders, and HR. They inquired about my previous experience and posed some basic math questions to gauge my working knowledge. The process wasn't too difficult and overall went smoothly and in a timely manner.

The interview process was quite enjoyable. My first phone screening was informative and let me know straight from the gate which benefits were available and that I was in the desired salary range. The second interview was decent, but I felt the interviewer wasn't fully prepared. She received my portfolio samples the afternoon of my interview and it was clear she didn't have questions readily available and prepared for me so it didn't flow as smoothly as it could have. I have no complaints about the interview, only about the follow-up. I emailed the individual who did the phone screening to see when I could expect to hear back about the position and if they needed anything further from me and received no response. The second interviewer responded to me on LinkedIn and said "please let me know if you need anything" which was confusing. Overall good, just follow-up with the people you interview. They deserve it.

I applied online and was immediately asked by the HR Director to schedule a phone interview. I selected a date and time through the link provided and sent a follow up email confirming. On the day of the interview, I waited 30 minutes before emailing again asking for confirmation of the meeting. I waited another hour and a half before giving up. I still have not received a response from the interviewer or the company.
