The interview process was horrible. The hiring manager was very rude and had a bad attitude, showing a bad management style. I wish I had checked reviews before applying. A 40% turnover rate isn't surprising given how the interview went. It was just horrible.

The interview process was a waste of time. It took a long time to get an interview, but once I did, it went well enough that they asked me to come in for a shadow day. However, they rejected me four days later. HR seemed very unprofessional due to a lack of communication. The recruiter was the best form of communication I had; otherwise, I was completely ignored. Even after my shadow day, I had to reach out to them first for any feedback. After being rejected, I reached out to HR to thank them for the opportunity and ask for feedback because shadowing the position and then being ignored was very strange. I still haven't heard back. Based on this experience and other reviews, this place seems very unprofessional, so think twice before applying for any positions.
