First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ferrandino & Son.
Account Manager
I had one interview with a Director and program manager. It lasted for about 30 minutes overall and was relatively easy. The questions were about handling stress in the workplace as well as experience with negotiating.
- How well do you handle stress at work?
- What experience do you have with negotiation?
- Describe a difficult customer interaction.
Account Manager
The interview process here isn't too intimidating. Even though the office is business casual, you should dress to impress because you'll need to do that for clients anyway. Guys, that means suits. Gals, suits or business dresses. If you have three interviews back-to-back, you're in. This company has high turnover, so they can't waste time by spreading interviews over several days. Most questions will focus on spending your day on the phone and computer, and needing to repeat the same question repeatedly until you get a response.

Account Manager
I first went to their website and then emailed them my resume and cover letter. I heard back in about 2 days and scheduled an interview via email. I then interviewed with three different members of the operation staff one-on-one over the course of an hour. They all asked pretty standard interview questions like my greatest strength and weakness, and also asked about my customer service experience. They also explained a lot about their operations and how it works.
- What experience do you have with negotiations?
- Can you tell me about your experience with negotiations?
