First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fernando Romero Enterprise.
Junior Architect
The interview went okay, but the main issue was the work schedule. We might have to work from 9 AM to 9 PM, and work stress was a daily thing. Also, there were a lot of disagreements about how information was managed between teams.
- Were you familiar with advanced usage of Rhinoceros?
Architect
The interview was online, but the interviewer turned off her camera and asked me to do the same, so it was audio only. She asked me to explain my portfolio and then asked me questions about the firm to see how much I knew about it. Her attitude wasn't exactly the most respectful. She said she'd contact me to let me know if I was accepted or not, and I never heard back.
- What motivates your interest in joining this firm?
- Could you share your three favorite architectural works?
- What are your monthly salary expectations?
Superintendent
The service was good and attentive, though sometimes not perfect. There are opportunities for growth, but they aren't always fulfilled. Many things are promised but not delivered, but the work environment is good, despite poor customer treatment.
- Tell me about your goals.
- What are your strengths?
- How long do you plan to stay with the company?
BIM Architect - Designer
The process took a while, but it was very good. They gave me the relevant tests to measure my capabilities and skills for the vacancy I applied for. The process did take a bit of time, as it was about 1 month from the first phone interview until my official hiring with the company.
- Years of experience?
- Married or single?
