First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ferguson Consulting.
Intern
It was good and simple questions asked which I had prepared for, as they asked about technical questions and what I do outside of work in spare time for instance
- Could you share something about yourself?
- Can you discuss the technical questions you prepared for?
- What are your hobbies or activities outside of work?
Software Engineer/IT Consultant
It was a pretty standard process... started with a phone interview, then an in-person chat. It wasn't super technical, more about talking through past work and stuff I'd used.
- They asked for previous compensation info, demanding pay stubs as proof, and said no offer would be made without it.
Administrative Assistant
The hiring process was smooth and quick. They communicated well and kept me updated. I really liked how open and honest they were with feedback and how fast they responded. I had three separate 45-minute interviews with different people involved in the role. It felt like a very professional hiring experience.
- Describe your approach to managing high-pressure or emergency scenarios.
Business Analyst
It started with a phone screening, then there was an in-person panel interview with different people. After that, I had an interview for a contract position. I was prepped for it beforehand.
- Could you tell me about your skills?
