Got an interview invite by email two days after applying online. The interview was set for two weeks later. After that conversation, I got a job offer within a few days. I also had a meeting with a potential client, who would be my employer through a staffing agency. The whole process was really smooth, and everyone I interacted with was always friendly, helpful, and professional (even after I declined the offer). The interview itself lasted about 90 minutes. They asked mostly about my previous projects (personal and professional), my thesis, and how I've used the skills I listed in my application. It was a bit of a surprise when they switched to English halfway through the conversation.
