First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FERCHAU.
Sales Representative
I had an interview for a sales training program. First, I was asked to talk about myself, anything I wanted. Then they asked me about how I envision the job and why I think I'm a good fit. After that, they explained how the program works. Finally, I got to ask all my questions.
- How do you imagine your workday?
Sales
The first step was about Ferchau, where I also had to share my impressions. Afterwards, we went into more detail about me and how I fit into the company. Specifically, what skills I bring that would help me do the job. Lastly, we discussed general financial and time-related key points.
- How would you initiate a customer conversation over the phone?
Sales Trainee
There were two phone interviews. The first one was more about standard things like your resume and personal background. The second one involved a sales simulation, which was the main part. It covered how you would structure your own workday, your approach, and your work methods. It also touched on how you'd interact with customers. During the in-person meeting, only the initial points were really relevant. The phone calls with the recruiters were very friendly, but it seems the chemistry with the team leader didn't quite click, even though it initially seemed like it might. Unfortunately, after two days, he completely forgot my name and why we were supposed to talk.
- What can you tell me about your resume?
- How do you imagine your work?
- What expectations do you bring?
