It was really clear and transparent. HR handled the initial topics at FERCHAU, and the technical stuff was with the client. My contact person was always available. We had to negotiate a bit during the contract talks, but it worked out great and was fair in the end!

We started informally with "Du" like in the first email, without even asking. It was a nice, simple introductory conversation. Then they took more than double the announced time to get back to me. I thought nothing would come of it, and then suddenly they switched to formal "Sie". It couldn't be more unprofessional.
