It was a really good and thorough interview. They wanted to understand my sales background and my technical abilities. They asked why I was looking to leave my current role and my salary expectations. I also discussed how I would approach client retention.

They look for candidates based on what their client needs, filtering resumes to find matches. Then, they might have a phone interview with a consultant to see if you're a good fit for the role. After that, they'll take you out for lunch and meet you in person.

I got referred by someone in the company and showed up with my resume ready, dressed professionally. The office vibe was super chill and welcoming. The CEO interviewed me very informally, asking about my interests and how I approach my work, what my work ethic is like, and how others see me. He didn't even want to see my resume. He said he cares more about the person and if they'd fit the culture and be successful. He mentioned I wouldn't be there if I didn't have the experience, so I wasn't sure if it was just the referral or what. Turns out, he barely knew me beyond the fact that I'd recruited before. It was the most relaxed interview ever and made me want to join. Then, I had a second interview to meet the recruiting manager I'd work with and other team members. I appreciated being able to meet everyone and see the office before deciding.
